Role
We're Hiring: Manager Customer Development.
Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 3-6 years. | Education: Graduation + MBA (Marketing specialization preferred).
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery-driven sales cycles with enterprise clients.
- Build business cases, co-author roadmaps, and drive deal closures.
- Own full-funnel sales strategy — from outreach to negotiation to handoff.
- Collaborate with internal solution teams to craft custom Martech proposals.
- Track competitor intel and bring strategic market insights to leadership.
Must-Have Skills
- 3-6 years in consultative B2B sales, preferably in Martech, SaaS, or analytics.
- Excellent communication — from discovery calls to C-suite conversations.
- Strong experience with CRMs, sales forecasting, and pipeline ownership.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions and manage long sales cycles.
- Familiar with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, CRO, or other Martech stacks.
Good To Have
- Exposure to solution-selling methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.).
- Experience in crafting custom proposals and ROI-focused pitch decks.
- Background in analytics, performance marketing, or data products.
- Client-first, consultative mindset with a track record of quota achievement.
