Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Management and CEO to identify strategic priorities for the achievement of the Organization's Mission.
- Convert Organization priorities into KRAs for Trust and work with teams for achievement of organizational KRAs.
- Drive the creation and updating of long-term strategic plans.
- Ensure timely updates to Trustees on budgets and progress on strategic priorities.
- Train, guide, and mentor other team members as required.
- Drive execution of strategic priorities through respective teams.
- Drive strategic planning for thematic institutions.
- Regularly present reports to the Board of Trustees.
- Identify and set strategic priorities for the organization.
- Comfort with numbers and ability to undertake financial analysis.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and structure problems effectively.
- Comfort in handling senior management interactions.
- Tact in handling conflicts.
- High level of awareness of new developments in the sector.
