Job summary

Loalith Manpower Services is seeking a seasoned telesales professional in Hyderabad to drive insurance leads for Tata AIA through HDFC Bank collaborations. You will explain life insurance, protection, savings and investment products, assess customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

You will manage follow-ups, achieve sales targets and ensure accurate KYC/documentation, while maintaining CRM updates and post-sales support in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation preferred.
• 13 years of experience in telesales, insurance, banking, BFSI or financial services preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Telugu + English/Hindi/local language skills can be advantageous depending on location.

Responsibilities
