Location of Posting: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Renewal on a yearly basis)

Key Deliverables:

Maintenance of IT Assets (Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Network):

  • Providing of assets during employees onboarding
  • Assetiastion of Laptops, Desktops, Printer and Access Points.
  • Creation of Active Directory IDs, SAP IDs, Z-Scaler, Internet.
  • Installation & configuration of software & applications.
  • Resolution of IT issues.
  • Monitoring of IT tickets.
  • Co-ordination with central IT Team.

Creation & modification of O365 Email IDs and architecture maintenance:

  • Creation of official Email IDs.
  • Maintenance of O365 distribution group.
  • Patch upgradation of O365 applications.

Maintenance of SAP IDs:

  • Assist in the creation & maintenance of SAP IDs of new joinees and laterals
  • Maintenance of authorization via native applications Assist in IT audit process

Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream)

Minimum No. of years of experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT, hardware, and network support in a reputed organization.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and sensitive to diversity.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Dexterous with MS-Office 365.
  • Effective communication (English and Hindi) and interpersonal, skills.
