Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager, Community Development —> Head, Corporate Social Responsibility (Odisha).

Locations: Bhubaneswar

Deliverables:

  • Monitoring new and ongoing projects in the State
  • Exploring possible partnerships with Public & Private agencies in the State
  • Build collaborative synergies with various departments under the Govt. of Odisha
  • Engage with regional/locational heads for project implementations in the State
  • Continuous engagement with all external stakeholders and implementation through community-driven collaboration.

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate/MBA/MSW or equivalent from reputed Social Work/Development Colleges/Institutions.

Minimum Number of years of experience: 3 Years

Technical Skill Sets required:

  • Project Planning, Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation
  • Digital ability is a must; Adept in computer literacy, dexterous with MS-Office
  • Good language and communication skills; read-speak-write English, Odia & Hindi
  • Good drafting skills in relation to community development-related project proposals
  • Should profess knowledge of CSR, Community Development & Sociology domains
