  1. Deployment/Upgradation/Migration of Cisco Unified Communication Manager/SME
  2. Deployment/Upgradation/Migration of Cisco Unity Connection
  3. Deployment/Upgradation of UCCX
  4. Deployment/Upgradation of IM&P
  5. CUCM BAT Knowledge
  6. Voice Gateways
  7. Experience in H.323, MGCP, SCCP and SIP Protocols
  8. Experience in CME-CUE
  9. Experience in VG224/VG248
  10. Working Knowledge of Expressway C/E
  11. Call manager, Gateway, CUCM, H323, MGCP, QoS, Cluster.
  12. Knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center – Enterprise (UCCE)
  13. Knowledge of Cisco Product Suite – Call Manager (CUCM), Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Voice Gateways and related products
  14. Call Control, Multimedia Contact Centers, Call Scripts, and IVR Scripts.
  15. Good Understanding of IP Telephony Protocols – SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, RTCP, VXML & Codecs
  16. Experience in ICM Scripting, IVR/CVP scripts.

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
