Job description

Associate will be responsible for analysis and requirement gathering.

1. Need to map the correct business requirements and convert those to technical requirements.
2. Identify the business rules and logics or conditions for text fields, rules for tables, and logics for a form.
3. In-depth understanding of JSON data structure (knowledge on data types, data formats, Generic Policies, Product codes, Policy ID).
4. Good understanding of E2E workflow and point of integration from UWB till the final output generation for Policy, Quote, Binder.
5. Establishing trust and relationships with various LOB stakeholders to clarify requirements quickly.
6. In-depth handling of incidents with business users for tackling queries (addressing questions, showcasing functionalities, or explaining E2E workflow).
7. Need to present product demo for each sprint, update business on new functionalities, gather reviews and feedback, and plan future sprints and tasks demo for the upcoming quarter.
8. Test and review each deployment at non-production environments.
9. Identify and foresee technical upgrades (product upgrades, environment upgrades), identify risks and time frames involved, and communicate them to the team.
10. Good to have a high-level understanding and architecture about OpenText Exstream Implementation.
11. Complete understanding of policy creation.
12. Ability to portray and present all the sprint stories with all relevant details and backlog planning.
