Role Objectives:
The role is a techno-functional position responsible for Salesforce, Dynamics 365 F&O, and E-commerce.
The key responsibilities include solution architecture for Internet, brand website, and knowledge of CMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete understanding of life cycle management of E-commerce.
- Complete understanding of supply chain and commerce module in Salesforce and D365 F&O.
- Designing models for improvements and problem management solution points.
- End-to-end sanity checking for new developments in UAT.
- Suggesting new features for businesses to digitize manual processes.
- Improving business processes to make them more efficient.
- Providing solutions on the D365 F&O platform with business benefits.
- Leading E-comm platform support, including integrations with E-comm platforms, ERP, payment gateways, and fulfillment channels.
- Defining the architecture of websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Defining standards for Intranet and employee engagement applications.
- Defining business requirements and turning them into technical specifications.
- Collaborating with the corporate communication team and other business functions for Intranet and employee communication and engagement.
- Working with Brand and Product Managers to build the company's digital presence.
- Leading teams responsible for managing the tech stack for web solutions and content and UI/UX developers.
- Building solutions for Internet, Intranet, and mobile applications with external partners and internal teams.
- Managing the end-to-end life cycle from requirement to development to sustenance for supported platforms.
- Managing end-to-end technical support of existing and upcoming e-commerce sites with a team of developers.
Desired Candidate Profile/Experience:
- Hands-on expertise with tools and platforms like Salesforce, Magento, Shopify, SharePoint, and WordPress.
- Relevant experience in Retail and SCM business.
- Experience as a solution architect and commerce and supply business domain expert.
- Understanding of frontend UX and backend development of websites.
- Expertise in building enterprise web applications, brand websites, shopping and e-commerce sites, mobile apps, and Intranet sites.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage with senior leadership across the business.
- Experience with web analytics and digital marketing, including SEO.
- Extensive use of Agile and DevOps methods.
- Demonstrated people management skills as a team player.
- Stakeholder presentation and fluent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills when dealing with third-party vendors.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure and security.
- 12-15 years of relevant experience.
