Job Description

TCS is hiring for the Webchat Support Role in Kolkata.

Eligibility:

1. Non-Technical full-time Graduates only
2. Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
3. Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation and Employment
4. Willingness to work in 24/7 support including night shifts
5. Comfortable to work from Office
6. Should have exposure to international customer base

Responsibilities:

1. Excellent communication (written and verbal)
2. Address customer queries over chat and email
3. Maintain chat quality

Desired Candidate Profile:
