An established industry player is seeking a skilled project manager to drive initiatives within the organization. This role involves selecting and delivering projects that align with business objectives, managing budgets, and coordinating with various service providers to ensure timely and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a strong ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents and conduct User Acceptance Testing. Driving new initiatives through a formal and robust methodology, and tool set. Supports the needs of Consumer and Commercial Line PCs, Distribution, Claims, F&A, Operations and Systems and coordinates project and change activities needed in the implementation of the agreed portfolio of initiatives.
Selection and delivery of projects which meet business objectives and in determining and managing the project budget on behalf of the business. Engaging with various service providers (as may be needed) in order to deliver a full solution to a business request within the desired timeframe and budget. Prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) for system enhancements of simple and moderate complexity. Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT). Draft simple SOPs and Process circulars.
