Job description

Job Scope: Responsible for 24/7 support of all Network Devices and Firewalls. Administration and Maintenance of Network Devices.

You’ll be Responsible for:

1. Acting as a Technical engineer to customers for providing solutions to Incidents/problems & Requests and assuring the best and smooth services.
2. Deployment of Firewalls/Routers/Switches.
3. Management of network devices including Routers, Switches & Firewall.
4. IP whitelisting.
5. Troubleshooting Network Related Issues and Wireless Access Issues.
6. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring Network Links.
7. Monitoring network performance and Backup of Network Devices.
8. Setup of Internet/MPLS connectivity.
9. Coordinate with Clients and setup the Connectivity to Clients through VPN/Internet.
10. Coordinate with Operators and setup the Connectivity to Operators through VPN/Internet.

You’d have:

1. 4-6 years of strong experience with Network devices Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
2. Excellent knowledge of Network Connectivity – Internet/MPLS.
3. Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Network security.
4. Experience in troubleshooting Network Issues.
5. CCNA and CCNP certifications preferred.
6. Familiarity with IT infrastructure.
