• Assess student progress and maintain records of language development
• Integrate Tamil instruction with school values and Montessori principles
• Share aspects of Tamil culture, traditions, literature, and festivals with students
• Collaborate with classroom guides to support integrated learning
• Communicate with families about language learning goals and progress
• Participate in school events, cultural celebrations, and professional development

Required Qualifications
