Job summary

NetSysCon Consulting is seeking Tamil bilingual experts to support an AI training project. You will review Tamil audio for nativeness and fluency, assess pronunciation and linguistic authenticity, and provide detailed English feedback with clear justifications.

Native Tamil proficiency is essential, and a minimum English level of B2 is required for written and spoken communication. Prior experience in voice/linguistics or audio analysis is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with audio analysis, transcription or linguistic assessment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate language nuances.

Scope of Work

• Listen to audio clips in Tamil and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
• Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Tamil language understanding and generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Tamil, with strong command of both spoken and written language.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is prefered.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
