About the Position: The ENGINE IT Talent Site Lead will design, implement, and execute IT talent programs to build, source and deploy the right talent at the right time accelerating digital innovation across Chevron. This role partners globally with Competency Committees, HR, IT and Supervisors to develop critical technical, professional and leadership skills ensuring a healthy talent pipeline. Partner cross-functionally to deliver enterprise talent initiatives growing digital capabilities across Chevron leadership, practitioners, and general workforce.

Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.
