Responsibilities

• Running initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing process groups for the given projects. Manages project integration, scope, time, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurements and stakeholders. Leads project team, applies PM methodology, processes, practices, tools and practices, coordinates supplier activities to deliver according to agreed quality, time and cost targets.
• Ensuring the IS programs/IS projects follow and comply with given goals of the ABB IS Enterprise Architecture and any other applicable ABB Group Directives and ABB Group Guidelines.
• Responsible for prioritizing the project deliverables / activities in con‑cert with the IS program/IS project sponsors based on changing functional needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and other interdependencies.
• Consulting and providing input for any incident, change or project which has, or might have, a major impact on area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
• 10+ years proven experience in IS Infrastructure Project Management, IS Project Methodology and IS Project Governance.
• PMP certification is a must.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a plus.
• Outstanding influence skills to drive transformation across the whole IS community.
• Enthusiasm for continuously improving the IS experience, making it more enjoyable and productive for consumers.
• Strong project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved in them.
• Excellent resource planning and task management skills.
