  2. Managing the Tech & Ops Part of HRMIS for all the HR verticals (RMS, LMS, PMS, People Core, etc.)
  3. HR Audits
  4. Employee Induction
  5. HR Database Management
  6. HR Reports & Dashboard
  7. Mediclaim, Term Life Insurance for employees
  8. Statutory Compliance support
  9. Operational Support in Total Rewards
  10. Stakeholder Management (Other HR Verticals, HR Partners, Business Leads)

Proficient in Basic MS Excel (Good Speed, Basic Formulas, Shortcuts).
