Job Description:
Designing & delivering structured learning interventions in various ‘digital technologies’ like visualization, RPA, analytics etc. as per the organisational needs and contribution in augmenting & sustaining various digital platforms & technologies of the department to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness.
Overall Job Responsibility:
Establishing & driving structured learning interventions in various ‘digital technologies’ like visualization, RPA etc. as per the organisational needs.
Process design & implementation of new technologies – like AR/VR/XR, Simulations, Smart Class etc. – to enrich the training pedagogy.
Implementation & maintenance of the various digital platforms of the department with the help of concerned agencies.
Coordination and Delivery of training programs at the section level to meet the training needs of customers.
