What You'll Do

• Resolve Requests: Efficiently handle recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow.
• Verify: Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Engage: Collaborate with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates, and other stakeholders such as Payroll, HRBP, Legal, Security, and Fleet to streamline processes.
• Administration: Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Backend Activities: Oversee and process backend recruitment activities to maintain operational excellence.
• Test: Participate in testing activities within Workday to enhance system functionality.
• Innovate: Actively contribute to change process initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Project Participation: Engage in various project activities to support organizational goals.
• Process: Provide process updates for the Global TA team and TA Ops team and keep everyone informed.
• Support: Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the Employer, leveraging your qualifications and expertise.
