The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of agency recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors. Qualifications

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support TEC’s functions and local market operations. You will partner closely with hiring managers, local HR Managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience aligned with TEC’s strategic goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for HQ roles and support overseas hiring when required, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilise a mix of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity across the APAC region.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies; maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
