Job summary

Bitwarden is expanding its India Engineering COE and seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for Product Engineering and Technology roles. You will partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, manage high-volume and niche searches, and build robust pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Naukri, GitHub and more.

Responsibilities include screenings, stakeholder partnering, and maintaining ATS records.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for Product Engineering companies, technology startups, SaaS organizations, Product firms, or Engineering GCCs/COEs.
• Strong experience hiring across software engineering and technology roles.
• Independently manage multiple requisitions across varying seniority levels.
• Experience delivering both volume hiring and difficult-to-fill niche technical positions.
• Hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Naukri, GitHub, X-Ray Search and other talent intelligence tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong sourcing capability and market intelligence.
• High sense of urgency and execution excellence.
• Passion for building world-class engineering teams.
• Collaborative approach with a customer-first mindset toward hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience balancing both volume and niche technical hiring.

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from role kick-off through candidate onboarding.
• Partner with Engineering leaders and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Hire across Product Engineering and Technology functions, including Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Cloud, Data, Security, AI/ML and Product roles.
• Independently manage both high-volume hiring as well as niche/specialized technical searches.
• Build strong talent pipelines using sourcing platforms, referrals, networking and direct search techniques.
• Drive candidate engagement while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct recruiter screenings to evaluate technical alignment, motivation, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Manage recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance and hiring quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve hiring processes and ensure timely delivery against hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports within the ATS.

As we establish our India Engineering Center of Excellence (COE), we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build and scale a high-performing engineering organization that operates as a seamless extension of our global teams. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully hired for high-growth engineering organizations, product companies, startups, or GCCs and enjoys working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
