Job description

As our Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiters and hiring managers by identifying the right profiles for specific positions. You will help Seismic build a diverse and inclusive culture while creating a world-class candidate and manager experience. This is a 12-month engagement with performance reviews every 6 months.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Finding Talent: You will be the go-to person for sourcing talent from multiple channels. Your knack for identifying the right profiles will be key.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  3. Partnering with Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide advice on best practices.
  4. Follow-Up: Regularly check in with managers to see how our recruiting plans are working and make improvements as needed.
  5. Building Our Brand: Help amplify Seismic's employer brand and establish our presence in the India market.
  6. Managing ATS: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) up-to-date and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  7. Special Projects: Jump in on special projects and people initiatives as needed.

What you bring to the team:

  1. Experience: 4-8 years in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth environment and B2B SaaS.
  2. Relationship Building: You are great at building relationships and earning trust with leaders.
  3. Self-Motivation: You are self-directed, with a strong sense of urgency and a passion for sourcing and engaging top talent.
  4. Recruitment Trends: You stay on top of current recruitment trends and understand the local recruiting landscape.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  6. ATS Knowledge: Familiarity with ICIMS is preferred.
  7. Sourcing Tools: Experience with various sourcing tools for recruiting campaigns is a plus.
  8. Energy and Passion: You thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  9. Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  10. Location: This role is based in our Hyderabad office.
  11. Work Schedule: You will be expected to work from the office 4 days a week.
