Job Description
- Manage full-cycle hiring-from intake to offer closure-for US & Canada roles.
- Build and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers through market insights and data‑driven recommendations.
- Partner with sourcing teams (where applicable) for niche or hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with agreed SLAs, workforce plans, and organisational priorities.
- Use recruitment data to track performance, identify risks, and drive improvements.
- Maintain compliance with hiring governance, data privacy norms, and international employment requirements.
- Contribute to team capability through knowledge‑sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience managing in‑house recruitment in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
- Experience hiring for international markets (US & Canada strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to recruit centrally from India for global roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities effectively.
- Commitment to inclusive and structured hiring practices.
- Proficiency in modern TA technologies, including AI‑enabled tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interviewing and talent assessment capability.
- Excellent communication skills and a high bar for candidate experience.
