Our client is a national leader in crisis management, rapid response, and disaster recovery, committed to rebuilding stronger, safer communities.

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join their TA Team at the Global Capability Centre in Bangalore.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager

Work Location: Richmond Town, Bengaluru

Work Model:

  • Work from Office (WFO): 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Work from Home (WFH): 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Note: This is not a hybrid or fully remote role.

Experience Required:

  • Total Experience: 15 to 20 years
  • Post-MBA Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 10 years
  • Team Management: Prior experience managing a small team (will be leading a current team of 2 TAs)
  • Type of Role: Individual Contributor + Team Management

Educational Qualifications:

  • Full-time MBA from Tier-1 institutes only (IIM, IIT, XLRI, ISB, IIIT, or equivalent top business schools)

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of hiring for GCCs/Global teams from scratch
  • Strong background in leadership hiring across tech and non-tech roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (domestic & international)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Flexibility to work late evening hours (for global collaboration)

Interview Process:

  • 2 to 3 virtual rounds with the Indian team
  • 1 to 2 virtual rounds with the US/New Zealand teams

Ideal Candidate:

  • Comes from a Tier-1 MBA institute with a strong TA background
  • Has experience in both strategic and hands-on recruiting roles
  • Has worked in fast-scaling environments or set up TA functions from scratch
  • Is comfortable with dual shifts and managing global stakeholders
