Foodstories is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai and seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead with 6+ years of recruitment experience across Retail, Hospitality, F&B, QSR, FMCG, or Consumer sectors. You will drive end-to-end hiring, strategic talent mapping, and proactive headhunting to build robust talent pipelines.

The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, negotiations, onboarding, and partnering with business leaders to align hiring with market insights.

Formación

• 6+ years of recruitment experience in Retail, Hospitality, F&B, QSR, FMCG, or consumer businesses.
• Skilled in headhunting, talent mapping and direct sourcing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job portals, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, negotiations, onboarding.

Role Overview

Foodstories is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with 6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Retail, Hospitality, F&B, QSR, FMCG, or Consumer businesses, to drive end-to-end hiring, strategic talent mapping, and proactive headhunting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
• Strong expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, and direct sourcing.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, job portals, and Excel.
• Excellent research, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
