Job summary

myHQ is India's largest commercial real estate and flex workspace marketplace. We are hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead the TA function: set the strategy, manage a team of 6-8, define the operating model, and personally close senior hires.

This role is central to our growth plan to ₹1,000Cr in five years, with responsibilities across employer branding, campus and industry partnerships, and global recruitment across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in TA, with at least 2–3 years leading a team at a growth-stage company.
• Strong data, analytical skills and bend towards AI.
• Commercially sharp: understands business context, not just hiring briefs.
• Able to motivate and lead a team of 7-10 spread across multiple geographies.
• Experience hiring across functions: sales, tech, operations, finance.
• Familiarity with using an ATS (Keka, etc) and the ability to master it fast.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the annual hiring plan in partnership with the CEO and vertical heads.
• Lead and develop a team of TA Associates, Senior Associates, Managers.
• Personally drive senior hiring: team leads, vertical heads, and critical ICs.
• Design the TA operating model: ATS, SLAs, funnel metrics, interview process standards.
• Own employer branding: careers page, LinkedIn presence, campus and industry partnerships.
• Manage agency relationships; hold them accountable to quality and timelines.
• Report hiring health to leadership monthly: fills, time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, early attrition.

About the Role

myHQ is targeting to go to ₹1,000Cr in five years. That means hiring faster, better, and smarter and someone who needs to own that machine. You will build and lead the TA function: set the strategy, manage a team of 6-8, define the operating model, and personally close senior and critical hires. This is not a pure people-manager role, you will still close senior hires yourself.

• Report hiring health to leadership monthly: fills, time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, early attrition

Requirements

• 8–12 years in TA, with at least 2–3 years leading a team at a growth-stage company
• Track record of shifting TA from reactive (filling mandates) to proactive (anticipating them)
• Strong data, analytical skills and bend towards AI
• Commercially sharp: understands business context, not just hiring briefs
• Able to motivate and lead a team of 7-10 spread across multiple geographies.
• Strong at both strategy and execution: the team is lean; you will do both
• Experience hiring across functions: sales, tech, operations, finance
• Familiarity with using an ATS (Keka, etc) and the ability to master it fast
• Great at stakeholder management and prioritization
