Atlys is building an AI-first platform to remove friction from travel. As a Talent Acquisition Intern in Delhi, you will work with the People team to learn hiring processes at a fast-growing startup and gain hands-on experience across tech and non-tech roles in India and international markets.

You will build talent pipelines, coordinate candidates through screening and interviews, and help deliver a great candidate experience while maintaining recruiting data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment and campus placements is a plus.
• Ability to source candidates through multiple channels and maintain candidate data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for end-to-end hiring.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with the People team and get hands-on exposure to how hiring works at a fast-growing startup.

You'll work across tech and non-tech roles in India and international markets, and contribute across the hiring journey, from finding great candidates to helping close them.

This is a high-ownership internship for someone who wants to learn quickly, work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and understand what it takes to build exceptional teams.

The Job

• Build strong talent pipelines by sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals and creative channels.

• Own candidate coordination across screening, interviews, follow-ups and hiring team communication.

• Deliver a great candidate experience by keeping communication clear, timely and thoughtful throughout the process.

• Keep hiring operations sharp by maintaining accurate ATS data, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

• Contribute beyond day-to-day hiring through employer branding, campus hiring, hiring analytics and process improvement projects.

• Prior exposure to recruitment, campus placements, sourcing or people-related projects is a plus, but not required.
