Notice Period: 30 Days

Budget: UP TO 5.5 LPA

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 2 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and recruitment life cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Software Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
  • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and headhunting
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and build talent pools for future needs
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the recruitment manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a related field
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Familiarity with various IT technologies and job descriptions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ATS tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for niche tech skills (e.g., AI/ML, SAP, Cybersecurity)
  • Prior experience working with US or international recruitment is a plus
