Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is seeking an HR professional to manage compensation and benefits, maintain labor contracts, and coordinate recruitment across all hotel departments. The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in HR or talent acquisition in hospitality, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs and identify enhancements.
• Maintain labor contract types and expiration dates in the system.
• Enter and verify employee data with supporting documents.
• Recruit high-potential candidates using the hotel's policies and systems.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies as needed and ensure updated JD/Person specs.
• Screen candidates and organize interviews with managers, notify outcomes, and perform reference checks.
• Onboard new hires with starter documents and payroll access.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for administering all compensation & benefit programs for employees, including making recommendations for enhancements.

• Updates and maintains labor contract type and expiration in system.

• Enter employee information into employee data master file and to the system and make sure all recording information are correct with hard documents.

• Using recruitment system/policies to recruit high potential candidates as required across all levels and departments of the hotel.

• Liaising with Recruitment agencies where required.

• Ensuring Job Description and Person Specifications are up to date and relevant

• Screening candidates selected for interview.

• Organizing interviews with relevant Managers.

• Notifying all candidates of the outcome of their application.

• Carrying out reference checks for successful candidates.

• Ensuring that the candidates receives starter documentation and is set up with payroll and on all relevant systems.

• Reporting to People & Culture Manager.

Required Skills –

• General Skills:

o Strong analytical skills, logic mindset and attention to detail.

o Proven time management skills.

o Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.

o Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficient with Microsoft Office, excellence in using Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to communicate fluently in the English

• Physical Requirements:

o Ability to work in a confined area.

o Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Qualifications –

• College degree or equivalent experience.

Experience –

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition in Hotels or Hospitality industry.
