Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2-8 years of experience in recruitment, with strong communication and organizational skills and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in creating job postings and managing job advertisements.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.

Preferred Skills
