Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts and help drive the hiring needs of our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years of experience in recruitment, who is confident in managing the end-to-end hiring process and enjoys working closely with hiring managers. You will contribute to building strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and delivering a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidate profiles.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure accurate recruitment records and compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
  • Strong experience in using recruitment tools, job portals, and HR software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring tasks efficiently.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the HR domain.
