Job Opening: Recruiter (HR) (Automotive R&D)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter with experience in Automotive R&D hiring to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Automotive R&D roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Handle client accounts by maintaining strong relationships and delivering quality hiring solutions.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer handling, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
- Partner with clients to understand business needs, workforce planning, and provide strategic hiring support.
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels – job portals, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit, particularly in domains such as Vehicle Integration, BIW, Trims, Interior/Exterior systems.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
- Support business handling by identifying new opportunities for client engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to Automotive R&D hiring.
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and client relationships.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across portals, social media, networks, and direct outreach.
- Experience evaluating technical skills and cultural fit for automotive domains (Vehicle Integration, BIW, Trims, Interior/Exterior systems).
- Proficiency in recruitment metrics, reports, dashboards, and process compliance.
