We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization attracts and hires the right talent, particularly for large-scale hiring initiatives in BPO and voice processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in volume hiring, a solid understanding of BPO operations, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
  • Volume Hiring: Execute large-scale hiring drives for voice and non-voice processes, ensuring recruitment targets and timelines are consistently achieved.
  • BPO & Voice Process Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of BPO operations and voice process roles.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct telephonic, face-to-face, and virtual interviews, while coordinating with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate applicants based on qualifications, communication skills, and role-specific competencies, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver on manpower requirements efficiently.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, hiring statuses, and recruitment metrics for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates and coordinate with HR operations to complete necessary formalities.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding activities by promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on volume hiring.
  • Familiarity with BPO processes and recruitment strategies specific to voice process hiring.
