We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization attracts and hires the right talent, particularly for large-scale hiring initiatives in BPO and voice processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in volume hiring, a solid understanding of BPO operations, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities within fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
- Volume Hiring: Execute large-scale hiring drives for voice and non-voice processes, ensuring recruitment targets and timelines are consistently achieved.
- BPO & Voice Process Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of BPO operations and voice process roles.
- Sourcing Candidates: Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct telephonic, face-to-face, and virtual interviews, while coordinating with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate applicants based on qualifications, communication skills, and role-specific competencies, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver on manpower requirements efficiently.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, hiring statuses, and recruitment metrics for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates and coordinate with HR operations to complete necessary formalities.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding activities by promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills And Competencies
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on volume hiring.
- Familiarity with BPO processes and recruitment strategies specific to voice process hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth hiring operations.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and MS Office tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic work environments and deliver results with a proactive approach.
Qualifications And Experience
- Education: Any graduate degree.
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 6 months of proven exposure to BPO or voice process hiring.
