Job summary

Grexa AI in Mumbai is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end hiring for non-sales roles across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and G&A. You will own sourcing and screening with guidance from the Talent Acquisition Specialist, offering a high-ownership entry point into talent at a fast-scaling AI startup.

Based in Mumbai, you will build healthy pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and help with offers and onboarding, while learning ATS

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; strong internships count.
• Exposure to non-sales hiring is a strong plus.
• Solid sourcing instincts across LinkedIn and job portals; comfortable running high volumes of outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and open to learning ATS and recruitment tools.
• High-ownership mindset, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai and able to work full-time from our Vashi office.

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline (primary focus).
• Proactively source candidates for non-sales roles through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Instahyre, etc.), referrals, and communities.
• Build and maintain healthy pipelines for open engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations roles.
• Keep candidate databases and hiring trackers accurate and up to date.
• Screening & Coordination: conduct initial screening calls and assess fit against the brief.
• Schedule interviews across panels, manage feedback loops, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers in defining role requirements and shortlisting.
• Candidate Experience: deliver a smooth, professional experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Represent Grexa’s brand and culture across recruitment touchpoints.
• Support offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement for selected candidates.
• Recruitment Operations & Reporting: maintain dashboards and documentation.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end hiring across our non-sales functions, including Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and G&A.

You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, owning sourcing and screening while learning to run full-cycle recruitment. This is a high-ownership entry point into talent at a fast-scaling AI startup, ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who wants exposure across functions and room to grow quickly.

• Schedule interviews across panels, manage feedback loops, and keep candidates and interviewers informed at every stage.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers in defining role requirements and shortlisting.
• Candidate Experience
• Deliver a smooth, professional experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Represent Grexa’s brand and culture well across all recruitment touchpoints.
• Support offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement for selected candidates.
• Recruitment Operations & Reporting
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
• Share pipeline status and funnel updates with the TA Specialist and leadership.
• Coordinate with HR Ops for smooth onboarding and handover.
