Overview
The Talend Developer plays a critical role in the organization by designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration processes using Talend tools. This role is vital for enabling seamless data flow, enhancing data quality, and ensuring that data is available for analytics and reporting. The Talend Developer collaborates with data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and transform data in a way that meets business needs. By leveraging their technical expertise, they contribute to the development of data warehouses and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that ensure the integrity and availability of data across various applications. The Talend Developer significantly assists in implementing data governance frameworks and improving data quality, thus supporting the organization's objectives and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Talend tools.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Java programming.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data modeling and data architecture.
