About The Role

We are seeking a Tableau Developer with 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Dashboard Development, and Reporting Automation. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, Python, and data analysis to build scalable dashboards, automate reporting processes, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into intuitive dashboard solutions.
• Create executive, operational, and analytical dashboards to support business decision‑making.
• Develop advanced Tableau dashboards using calculated fields, parameters, filters, actions, sets, and LOD expressions.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
• Utilize Python for data processing, automation, scripting, and analytical workflows.
• Automate recurring reports, dashboard refreshes, and data validation processes.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business insights.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance processes.
• Optimize dashboard performance and improve data model efficiency.
