Job summary

Novartis India is seeking a TA Lead - Neuroscience in Hyderabad (Hybrid) to lead a data-to-insights team, set analytics strategy, and drive AI-enabled improvements across incentives, governance, and delivery excellence. You will mentor a global onshore/offshore team, align with senior stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, compliant outputs.

The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, a strong background in analytics and business understanding, and a track record of delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, life sciences, engineering, or a related field is required.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define analytical approaches and provide guidance on IC performance indicators, methodologies, data interpretation, and analytical processes.
• Independently lead deep-dive and ad hoc analyses for complex business questions on Incentives.
• Review IC reports to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Translate complex findings into leadership-ready recommendations.
• Strengthen the team’s evolution from IC report production to insight generation and decision support.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and enable data-backed decisions.
• Lead validation and adoption of AI-enabled processes with quality and scalability in mind.
• Drive process simplification and automation to improve efficiency.
• Ensure accurate, timely, high-quality delivery through governance and review mechanisms.
• Provide guidance on system configuration, reporting, processes, and ways of working.
• Ensure adherence to governance and operating standards.
• Mitigate risks, allocate resources efficiently, establish ownership, and enable collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
• Build structured upskilling roadmaps and set clear goals with regular feedback.
• Facilitate training, certifications, mentoring, hiring, and onboarding.
• Promote accountability, engagement, retention, well-being, and performance.

Educational Requirement
