Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Associate in Transfer Agency - Dealing to join the 24x7 Transfer Agency Trade Processing Team in Pune (East). The role focuses on BAU TA processing, regulatory compliance, and client service while identifying process gaps for improvements.

You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure SLAs are met, support audits, and contribute to SOPs and control improvements within the TA department.

Responsibilities

The department is responsible for Client and investor document management, processing and quality checking of transactions and updating the registers of clients in response to investor instructions. This role is to perform BAU activities in the TA department in order to ensure that not only Client Service Level Agreements are consistently met and/or exceeded but also to ensure that regulatory requirements are effectively met.
