upGrad Rekrut is hiring a T24 Developer & Techno-Functional professional for a leading microfinance company in Bangalore. The role targets 8–10 years of T24 experience with R19+, TAFJ, APIs, and core banking expertise.

You will handle application and interface support, develop T24 routines, and monitor COB performance while collaborating with IT teams and vendors. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of T24 experience
• Strong hands-on experience in T24 R19 / R19+ and TAFJ
• Experience in T24 Application & Interface Support
• Strong Core Banking knowledge
• Experience in COB support and performance tuning
• Working knowledge of APIs and Integration Framework (IF)
• Good understanding of AA, IRIS, DLM, OFS and T24 Transact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Graduation in B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc preferred

Responsibilities
