Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a T24 Senior Test Analyst to lead testing for Temenos Core Banking systems in Bengaluru. You will manage test planning, create functional and non‑functional test cases, and drive automation strategies across SIT, UAT, and BAU support.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and IT partners to ensure complete test coverage, track progress, and resolve issues under tight timelines. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience testing Temenos Core Banking (T24).
• Knowledge of T24 modules: Accounts, Funds Transfer, Teller, FX, Money Market, Loans, Deposits, SWIFT, L/C, GL, P&L, Balance Sheet, Non‑Stop modules.
• Team management experience.
• Experience in full SDLC (advantageous).
• Experience testing in financial institutions (advantageous).

Responsibilities

About the job T24 Senior Test Analyst (Perm)

As a T24 Senior Test Analyst, you will manage testing deliverables for Temenos Core Banking systems. You will lead test planning, create functional and non‑functional test cases, define automation strategies, and ensure quality delivery across SIT, UAT, and BAU support.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Test Planning & Execution

• Manage T24 testing team deliverables and track schedules to meet project timelines.
• Create functional and non‑functional test cases based on designs from analysts and developers.
• Prepare test data, execute test cases, and report progress with recovery planning if delays occur.
• Identify, log, track, and report defects, clarifying issues with analysts and developers.
• Define automation and performance test strategies.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide BAU support for branches including troubleshooting and QA.
• Liaise with IT and business partners to ensure test coverage.
• Collaborate across teams to align testing with project objectives.
• Ensure timely communication of progress, risks, and issues.

Experience

• You have 4–6+ years of experience testing Temenos Core Banking (T24).
• You have knowledge of T24 retail/corporate banking modules including Accounts, Funds Transfer, Teller, FX, Money Market, Loans and Deposits, SWIFT, reporting, Letters of Credit, General Ledger, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Miscellaneous Deals, and Non‑Stop modules.
• You have team management experience.
• You have experience in full SDLC (advantageous).
• You have experience testing in MUFG or other financial institutions (advantageous).

Technical Expertise

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computing or a relevant field (e.g., B.Tech, B.E, MCA).
• You have proven skills in developing automation strategies, frameworks, and scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
• You have experience with DevOps and defect management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• You have experience using AI technologies (e.g., Copilot).
• You have Unix/Linux knowledge.
