Job summary

Luxoft in Chennai is seeking a Senior Developer to customize Temenos T24 and build critical interfaces for the Wealth Management Core Banking system. The role requires 5+ years of T24/Transact and Java experience, with hands-on Java/Web tech including Spring, JPA, REST and JMS.

You will join an international, multi-disciplinary team, work through the full Agile lifecycle, and provide L3 production support. Collaboration with analysts and architects is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 Years of strong T4 with Java solutions implementation experience.
• Important to have experience of Temenos T24/Transact Software package customization.
• Hands-on experience with Java/Web technologies and frameworks: Spring (Core, Security, MVC), JPA, REST API, JMS.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently as part of an international multi-disciplinary team to drive the project to completion.
• Participate to the full development Agile lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, release, implementation and post production support.
• Provide production/L3 support for the delivered projects.
• Work with the Business Analyst and Solution architects to understand the business requirements and translate them to technical solutions in the application.
• Contribute/review the technical specifications.
• Responsible for managing & reporting technical risks.
• Control and maintain the quality of the development (norms & standards, frameworks, source control, technical reviews, code reviews).
• Prefer to have experience with L3 customization related to the Securities module.
• Work with L1/L2 support team in case of emergency production issues and provide support in fixing the production incidents.
• Provide guidance to team members.

In the context of the strategic project to transform the Wealth Management Core Banking platform, the IT team is growing. A Senior developer is required to work on projects requiring T24 experience and Java solutions. The objective will be to customize T24 product and to develop several key and critical interfaces around the core banking system.

• And a combination of additional skills/experience in:o Docker, Kubernetes, Wildfly/Jbosso IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, Kafkao Cloud platform, say IBM Cloud, Keda, Prometheuso PostgreSQL, MySQL/MSSQL
