Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in India seeks a Senior Consultant to extend Workday capabilities, focusing on HR transformation and Extend-based integrations. With 4–5 years of relevant experience and a background in computer science or information systems, you will contribute to automated processes, dashboards, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Workday Extend development and customization.
• Workday Extend certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for customizations and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for Workday Extend.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Create custom reports, integrations, and workflows to meet business needs.
• Implement user interfaces and dashboards to improve user experiences.
• Develop integrations between Workday HCM/Financial Management and other systems.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
• Build and maintain automated processes and workflows to streamline operations.
• Implement business process automation to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
