Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Project Management/BI professional to lead data-driven initiatives across Banking and Financial Services. You will drive governance, milestones, budgeting, and dashboards to support fact-based decision making.

Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA and Confluence, plus a solid grasp of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methods, is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in Project Management or BI.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of AI/Gen AI/RPA basics.

Responsabilités

• Lead PM/BI initiatives in Banking/FS domains.
• Governance, reporting, and steering committee oversight.
• Plan and manage projects from inception to deployment.
• Coordinate UAT, production deployment, and release management.
• Drive data transformation and regulatory compliance programs.

• Strong experience in Project Management/Business Intelligence within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Basic understanding of AI , GEN AI , RPA and other latest technologies
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and delivery management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong experience in Project Management/Business Intelligence within the Banking/Financial Services domain.

Experience:

• 4-10 years

Languages:

• Strong Python or SQL/Shell experience.

Technologies:

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SaaS, or similar platforms.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, Software Development Life Cycle and resource allocation.
• Hands-on experience with project governance frameworks and reporting dashboards.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud migration, data transformation, or regulatory compliance programs.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and release management.

Desired Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in Project Management or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Basic understanding of AI , GEN AI , RPA and other latest technologies
• Experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource utilization.
