Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is seeking an Assistant Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team in India. You will design and implement the architecture for identity management, including decommissioning legacy applications and integrating Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements.

The role requires strong IAM knowledge, SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise, and Java development experience, with excellent communication and client-facing skills to engage stakeholders and mentor

• As Assistant Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
• You will design and implement the architecture of the entire process which will be responsible for the decommissioning of legacy application
• You will be part of the development and configuration of Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Minimum of 4+ Years of experience in IAM
• Strong implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Expertise in IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration
• Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions
• Knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, AD, and SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
