Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Bengaluru seeks an Assistant Manager to lead Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) engagements for a major banking client. The role demands hands-on security testing and VM deployment with a focus on Nessus/Tenable and OpenText DAST tools.

You will install scanners, develop dashboards, and perform VA/PT and DAST scans, drawing on 4+ years of security experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security, Nessus/Tenable or VM solutions, OpenText DAST
• Hands-on in Application Security Testing and Network Security Testing
• Knowledge of deployments, updates, patching and migrations

Responsibilities

• Handle activities requested by the bank related to the VM solution
• Deploy agents and the scanner within the bank’s infrastructure
• Create customized dashboards as per the bank’s requirements
• Perform VA/PT and DAST scans as required by the bank
• Implement automation in the VAPT process & integration of different solutions
• Support deployment, testing & scanning activities required by the Bank

Deployed resource shall ensure regular remote backups with retention capabilities, ensuring data restoration for at least the past 3 years.

The deployed resource shall be assigned to handle any activities requested by the bank related to the Vulnerability Management (VM) solution.

The deployed resource should be responsible for deploying agents and the scanner within the bank’s infrastructure.

The deployed resource should be able to create customized dashboards as per the bank’s requirements.

The deployed resource should have at least 4 years of experience in security, particularly in Nessus and Tenable or any other Vulnerability Management (VM) solution and Opentext DAST solutions, deployments, updates, patching, and migrations.

The deployed resource should also be capable of performing VA/PT and DAST scan as and when required by the bank.

Deployed Resource should support deployment, testing & scanning activities required by the Bank as when required.

Deployed resource should be able to implement automation in the VAPT process & integration of different solutions

Key Skills Required:

Deployed resource should have good hands-on experience in Application Security Testing, Network Security Testing, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing.

Deployed resource should have excellent knowledge in Networking, network Security, Databases, Operating Systems etc.

The deployed resource should hold relevant security certifications, such as RHCE, CEH, CISSP, OSCP and CCNA.

Deployed resource should have good hands‑on experience in Application Security Testing, Network Security Testing, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing.

Education: Bachelors of Engineering, B.tech, BCA or any equivalent opportunity.
