Job summary

Embark Services Private Limited in Delhi seeks a seasoned Cyber Security Leader to shape and scale its cyber defence practice, with core expertise in vulnerability management, DevSecOps, and penetration testing across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Lead delivery of enterprise security programs, embed security into CI/CD pipelines, oversee advanced assessments, and present findings to executive teams to drive remediation and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles across cyber domains.
• CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CEH, GPEN, or equivalent expert-level certifications.
• Deep hands-on expertise in threat & vulnerability management, security testing tools/methodologies, and secure application development practices.
• Strong communication, client management, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cyber defence projects across vulnerability management, DevSecOps integration, and penetration testing.
• Oversee advanced security assessments including application security (SAST/DAST), network testing, and infrastructure assessments.
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and drive automation across development and deployment.
• Present findings to clients and drive remediation aligned with business goals.
• Mentor diverse cybersecurity teams and contribute to the growth of security offerings.
