Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Hyderabad, Telangana, India is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programmes. You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, strong governance, and robust financial control across all workstreams.

This role requires delivering scoping, planning, requirements, testing, deployment and service transition, with proactive risk management and stakeholder engagement to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering across large-scale, complex transformation programmes.
• Strong track record delivering multi-process technology solutions within legacy IT environments.
• Ability to execute complex initiatives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of project delivery, including scoping, planning, requirements, testing, deployment, and service transition
• Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Track and communicate project milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, and status reports
• Proactively identify, manage, and elevate risks and issues to support informed decision-making and maintain delivery momentum
• Apply and adapt governance frameworks, standards, and delivery methodologies in line with project needs
• Drive strong stakeholder engagement, managing competing priorities and supporting organisational change readiness
• Partner with Finance and PMO to ensure accurate financial management, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control

Role Purpose
