Job summary

NTT America, Inc. seeks an experienced AI Business Analyst to drive analytics, AI/ML use cases, and automation initiatives across product teams. You will elicit requirements, translate them into functional specs, and partner with data science and engineering to shape KPI definitions and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Business/Systems Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data-driven analytics, and digital platforms.
• Proven experience across the product development lifecycle (requirements, design, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support).
• Ability to translate complex business processes into functional and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to research, interpret, and present insights to drive business solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data analysis, KPI definition, dashboarding, and turning analytics into business value.

Responsibilities

• Assist in model validation, data quality checks, feature inputs, and business interpretation of model results.
