Job responsibilities & Skillset Requirements:

  1. Technical Engineer supporting EPM Desktop Engineering SCCM/Intune operations
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  3. Demonstrates understanding of deployment of security patches, applications, and settings, utilizing SCCM Configuration Manager.
  4. Demonstrates a basic understanding of current scripting technologies and batch commands.
  5. Demonstrates basic knowledge of Windows end-user platform.
  6. Intune & Autopilot operational level knowledge;
  7. Vulnerability Management knowledge;
  8. Monitoring and reporting on key metrics;
  9. Troubleshooting and correcting operational & deployment issues;
  10. In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
  11. Ability to identify, define, manage, and control configuration.
  12. Microsoft & ITIL certification is an advantage.
  13. Monitoring and reporting on key metrics, troubleshooting, and correcting complex deployment issues; following strict change, incident, request, and problem management guidelines.

  15. Ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  16. Strong technical and communication skills are a must.
