NTT DATA in India is seeking a Microsoft Intune Engineer - L2 to join our delivery teams in Noida and Bangalore. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, support, and implementation of Intune and modern endpoint management for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and PowerShell, with knowledge of SCCM/ConfigMgr and co-management preferred for hybrid environments.

We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist to join our team in Noida, Bangalore, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Intune Engineer - L2 to join NTT DATA's India EPM Delivery Centre. The role will focus on day-to-day administration, support, troubleshooting, and implementation of Microsoft Intune and Modern Endpoint Management solutions for enterprise clients.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, application deployment, Windows 10/11, Entra ID, and PowerShell. Knowledge of SCCM/ConfigMgr and co-management is desirable for supporting hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for enterprise Windows endpoints.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, security policies, and device lifecycle activities.
• Configure and support Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Win32, Microsoft Store, Microsoft 365, and line-of-business applications through Intune.
• Manage Windows patching using Windows Update for Business, update rings, feature updates, and quality updates.
• Support Windows 10/11 provisioning, upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage endpoint security configurations including BitLocker, Defender policies, firewall, and security baselines.
• Support Entra ID device management, dynamic groups, and Conditional Access integration.
• Perform troubleshooting of Intune enrollment, policy, application, patching, compliance, and Autopilot issues.
• Use PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Intune Remediations for automation and operational tasks.
• Support SCCM/ConfigMgr and Intune co-management environments as required.
• Work on incidents, service requests, changes, problem management, documentation, and continuous service improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / MDM.
• Windows Autopilot configuration and troubleshooting.
• Intune application deployment, particularly Win32 applications.
• Windows Update for Business and Windows patch management.
• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines, and endpoint security policies.
• Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access integration.
• Good working knowledge of PowerShell for endpoint administration and automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Intune reporting.
• Working knowledge of SCCM/ConfigMgr and co-management.
• Good troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune Suite, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Advanced Analytics.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with a large Windows device estate.
• Exposure to vulnerability remediation tools such as Qualys or Tenable.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MCA, or equivalent discipline. Relevant Microsoft certifications and professional experience may also be considered.
