Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to join our ICT infrastructure and operations team in Navi Mumbai. You will provide expert technical advice, troubleshoot complex enterprise problems, and maintain the health of production systems and IT inventory.

You will monitor onboarding/offboarding processes, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with global teams to resolve hardware and software issues, supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical operations or systems engineering functions, including implementation, verification, and system operation.
• Strong knowledge of local area networks, server installations, and various computing platforms such as Nutanix, VMware, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and maintaining operating systems, specifically Linux and Microsoft Server, within a 24-hour operational support environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Sciences or a related field preferred.
